About Brass Threaded Insert Nut
Brass Threaded Inserts come in a variety of sizes and lengths starting at M1.5 or equivalent threads and can be custom-made to specific designs and requirements. There are different shapes available, such as square, hexagonal, double hex, round and other special shapes. Knurling can be done in a cross, diamond, double, straight, or unidirectional pattern and may be blind or through. The inserts are produced from free cutting Brass material like IS 319 Type (I), BS 249 Type (I) & CuZn37Pb3 equivalent to BS 2874. Other material grades such as CZ 121, CZ 131, C3604, CDA 360 and DTD 627, etc are also available as per requirement. Special material compositions and high-grade free-cutting brass are available for customized applications.
There are parallel and taper options for threading such as ISO metric, BA, BSW, UNC, UNF, UNEF, NPT, BSP and BSPT. Options include natural, golden, silver, nickel plated, chrome plated and tin plated and other options as requested. Packaging includes bags, boxes, inner plastic packs, cartons and wooden cartons based on handling and customer requirements.
